Anne Sutton with Miss Emma's Garden

Happy Friday, all! We are back today with our wonderful friend Anne Sutton of Bunny Hill Designs. She is back with a new line called Miss Emma's Garden. Who is this mysterious namesake that inspires such beautiful florals (complete with Anne's signature birds), you ask? (Like you don't already know!) Well, we let Anne explain!

Hi everyone! I’m so excited to be writing for Kimberly again. Not many of you know this, but Kimberly helped me get started in the pattern business!

When I was very new and had only a few patterns, I sent them to her. She called to place an order, we talked for over an hour and a friendship was born! Talking to her was like I had known her for years! Then she hand carried a package of my patterns and gave them to United Notions. Thanks to Kimberly’s help, Bunny Hill was up and running!

When Kimberly’s was pregnant with Emma, she was so excited! She found out she was having a girl and chose the name “Emma.” I was working on my first floral line and named it after her Emma. Now, after what seems like forever, “Miss Emma’s Garden” is finally here! It’s a sweet floral line of fabric named after a very sweet baby! It’s perfect for not only quilts, but pillows, curtains, dresses and whatever else you can think of!

My hope is that you’ll find many uses for “Miss Emma’s Garden”. Coming soon is another floral line called “Flowers for Emma” that will co-ordinate with “Miss Emma’s Garden”. The two lines work perfectly together. Of course…they are both named Emma! (:
