What's Going On at the Shop

First off, everyone's asking for the answers to Cheryl's challenging Jolly Scramble! Here they are:

1. Eomljedurrheit = Judie Rothermel
2. Ptiewytcsielsmi = Sweet Simplicity
3. Oabsertredlmeynwar = Strawberry Lemonade

Secondly, by popular request, we are extending the deadline for our Jolly Jabber Idol competition to April 6!

In other news, we're celebrating Spring Fever with our BOMs!

Our Blossom Time BOM club by Bunny Hill Designs has just begun, but we still have just 5 spots open! The Bunny Lady herself (Anne Sutton) has a message for all of you.

"Hey everyone, it's almost spring and the Blossom Time Block of the Month is the perfect quilt to welcome the season! It's not too late to join the club and have some fun. I designed Blossom Time to be a fast, easy appliqué quilt. It's great for all skill levels of appliqué. Make some extra blocks to frame as artwork, or make into pillows. It's so much fun to join the group."

Right on its tail is Quilt Soup's Birds and the Bees BOM, which starts in April. We have 13 spots left for this. What does Quilt Soup's designer Barbara Jones have to say about it?

"Finally!!!!
It's time!!!
Woo Hoooooo!!

We have seen the birds. We have heard that the bees aren't far behind. They are waiting for grandmother's garden to be in full bloom. What a great time of year to start our Birds and the Bees month-by-month quilt. You make the easy blocks first and work your way up from there. We love this little quilt and can't wait for you to make one of your very own. Our pattern testers had fun, we had fun and we think you will too!

The Fat Quarter Shop has kitted the quilt for you with absolutely no substitutions. No searching for the exact fabric. No running out of what you need. They are even offering a finishing kit. How could it be any easier?"
