Each month we have included a color card and detailed color photos of each block, detailed piecing instructions, wool appliqué templates for both fusible web and freezer paper options.
There is no need for hesitation about the wool appliqué. We are providing you with two pages of detailed directions and extra "wool handling" tips, written just for us by Brenda Riddle of Acorn Quilt and Gift Company! We are also including a flying geese tutorial that you will use again and again!
Like all of our block of the month programs, we are testing every part of the project so that it will be perfect by the time it reaches your hands! There will be no fabric substitutions in our kit so your quilt will be exactly as pictured!
We are providing you with extra fabric with over 14 yards of cotton fabrics, plus our specialty wool kit. This is more fabric, in larger pieces, than Moda recommended for the project, just in case!
