Just Dreamy by Riley Blake Designs

Bret of Riley Blake Designs is here today to discuss their debut fabric collection, Just Dreamy. It features brightly colored flowers and an array of dots. Great for any summer project! To get you started, they have also created a free pattern using the Just Dreamy collection.

We are thrilled to have launched Riley Blake Designs at the 2009 International Quilt Market in Pittsburgh. Our debut line Just Dreamy by My Mind's Eye is a huge success and now available online and in stores across the country. This fabric line is so bright and colorful; it can't help but bring a smile to your face. Riley Blake Designs has six additional lines that will be available throughout the year.

A little bit about us . . . Cindy and I are the owners of Riley Blake Designs. I grew up in the fabric world. My parents owned fabric stores along the Wasatch front. Over the past 10 years, Cindy and I have owned a textile wholesale business. We decided three years ago to begin manufacturing our own flannel lines and have enjoyed expanding our wholesale business. We decided to expand again and are working with My Mind's Eye and several talented artists to bring you beautiful and unique designs. Riley Blake Designs' fabrics are high quality 100% cotton. We hope our prints will inspire you and your love of fabric.

We live in Alpine, Utah and have four children (we just celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary). And just as it was for me growing up, fabric is a family affair. As a tribute to rising generations of fabric lovers, and those who have passed on, Riley Blake Designs was named after our only daughter Riley and my dad Blake.
