Fall Market 09: Day 3 - We're in the Thick of It!

With most of our fabric appointments now behind us, we've been able to go look at several great booths. We've got all this lovely fabric, now it's time to see how everyone's showing it off! Many of you guys let us know what booths you wanted to see the most, we've tried to stop by as many as we could. Because of the recommendations, we've seen some really great companies. Hopefully tomorrow (feet willing) we can really cover some ground at Quilt Market and walk the whole show.

Michelle and Gina of Cloud 9, great organic cotton prints. Placed our first order with them, and can't wait until the fabric comes in. We've heard a lot of good things and are excited to try this range out.

The mother and daughters team of Nellie's Needle Quilt Patterns at their booth. Loved their fun aprons and designs!

Quick peek at the Lecien booth.

The ladies of Swirly Girl Designs.

This one's for the boys ... we just loved Wheels by Riley Blake.

After a long day of Market fatigue Sarah was ready to eat the fabric burger.

We were just loving the Riley Blake fabric at their booth today.

The half-square triangles peices signed by Me and My Sisters Designs.

The adorable Dolly Dress Quilt at the Lakehouse Dry Goods booth, really excited about this collection. Due out the middle of next year.

Laura, a.k.a. Mamamade, at her Market booth - Possibilities.

Izzy and Ivy patterns, great children's wearables and bags. They won the Best New Exhibitor Award!! Great booth guys!!

Jocelyn with Lauren + Jessi Jung, the mother-daghter team behind Botany. This is their first collection with Moda.

The excitement is building as Edyta Sitar of Laundry Basket Quilts explains the half-square triangle exchange between all the Moda designers. One of the lucky market goers at the Me and My Sisters booth won a finished quilt with all the half-square triangles.

Joanna of Fig Tree Co with Kate Spain, a great new Moda designer. Watch for Verna, her first line, on the coming soon page.

Carolina Patchwork's booth has some super unique patterns. She has a fantastic perspective!
Still more pics to be found on our Flickr gallery! More coverage tomorrow...whew...truckin' on!
