What a great recipe! It is typically served in Portuguese households and that is exactly what I am. I even have kale growing in my garden and ready to harvest. Bless you! Oh, and kate, guess what I had for breakfast? Just like you, asparagus! I was out picking some this morning. I topped it off with some lettuce and a radish. Wish the strawberries were ready. Love you all!

Dropped by Kate's blog and now I must head over and get me some kale at the market- it's 5:30 in the morning, and I'm thinking THAT would be a great breakfast-no? Since I have no fresh from the garden asparagus.....
