Magazine Launch: Primitive Quilts and Projects

Primitive Quilts and Projects Magazine is a new quarterly magazine featuring primitive quilts, wool projects, rug hooking, stitchery, needlepunch, dolls-bears-rabbits, folkart, reproduction fabric projects, table runner, wall quilts, penny rugs and appliqué projects! You will not only love the look and feel of their beautiful magazine...but their designs are submitted from some of the most admired in the business. In each issue you will receive up to 15 projects, show and tell projects and a fun advice column. This is the very first magazine of its kind that is being designed for everyone that love primitives, antiques, vintage, reproduction, shabby chic, and folk art.

Homespun Media is a partnership between sisters Jenifer Gaston, Judith Williamson and Gretchen Streeter. The magazine started with a casual comment by one of their customers who asked "Why isn't there a magazine focused on primitive quilts & projects?"

The very first issue launched this week so you can now purchase it right here at Fat Quarter Shop.  Visit their website to read more about the magazine and to order a subscription.

Happy Primitive Quilting!

Girlfriend and I each purchased a copy from a lady who has an online store. She brought copies to our rug hooking session since she knew several of us where also quilters. Love it and have it on the coffee table waiting to show the other quilting friends when we meet tonight.
