Let me just tell you, there are some pretty spectacular booths and projects and fabric lines and designers and manufactures and...well, if we're being honest, all of Quilt Market is pretty spectacular! So now we're going to show you just a few of our pictures of things that you specifically asked to see, announce the winner from last night's blog AND we're going to have another giveaway at the end of this post!
So excited to meet Ty Pennington! Not only is he incredibly good looking but so is his fabric! We'll be carrying all of his new Impressions prints so be sure to check them out on the Coming Soon page!
Mary and Barb of Me and My Sister Designs in their booth with their absolutely adorable new collection, Twirl! These two are absolutely hilarious! I mean, just look at them standing in the plant display like that! And seriously, how cute are those quilts?!
Anne Sutton of Bunny Hill Designs standing in her super cute booth which was fully stocked with tons of amazing quilts! Check out the Merry Merry Snowmen on the right and Hoos My Baby? on the left! Gotta love the little owls and snowmen!
Ooh! I know you are all dying for a little taste of Hello Luscious, basicGrey's new collection for Moda! We're absolutely falling in love with this quilt and the fabric! Great prints and amazingly cheerful colors!
And here's a nice treat for everybody! A new collection and a new Moda designer! This is Quilt Blocks by Ellen Luckett Baker and let me tell you, it looks great in person and she is just as sweet as can be! You'll love her, I'm sure of it!
Mmm I love me some Sweetwater and their new collection, Reunion, is every bit as great as Hometown! And don't worry, they're going to be printing some canvas too!
And I think this might just be one of my personal faves--every time I walked by this quilt I think my jaw dropped a little more! The fabrics are absolutely stunning and this Clamshells pattern by Aunt Em's Quilts is too cute! It's Salt Air by Cosmo Cricket for Moda!
And, as if all this great fabric isn't enough good stuff, we also got to hang out with a few of the Moda designers and some Fat Quarterly gals! These ladies are a hoot, let me tell you! And they're real people--that's right, they need coffee in the morning too! Just like me!
And now for some more new fabric and even more great stuff!
We're all falling in love with Amy Butler (above), her fabric, her projects, her displays, and now, yup, we're even falling in love with her husband...David Butler aka Parson Gray. Check out his great new collection, Curious Nature, due to ship in February.
His collection is masculine, so great for a man's quilt, but it's also beautiful and feminine enough to be women's apparel. I'm serious, ya'll will love this line, it's terrific!
We're so excited about all the great new lines that we got to see today and there are going to be even more new collections tomorrow! We really did see a little bit of everything today!
We're seriously loving all the great artsy prints and colors from Dear Stella, a brand new designer/manufacturer that is sure to knock your socks off! Check out all 9 collections on our site!
And now for a little surprise of our own...
One fish, two fish....green eggs and ham...the Cat in the Hat...seriously, who doesn't love Dr. Seuss?! Here are some of Robert Kaufman's newest Dr. Seuss prints, featured in an It's Sew Emma quilt! Awesome, right? Bet you didn't know we were going to have a bunch of It's Sew Emma quilts displayed all throughout Market!
Did you get to see Debbie Taylor's newest It's Sew Emma quilt?! This is Gumdrop Garden, using Patty Young's newest collection, Lush for Michael Miller. The fabric is great, the quilt pattern is great, the designers are great...what's not to love?!
If you've never had the pleasure of meeting Kelle Boyd of Ann Kelle for Robert Kaufman, you seriously should! She is super nice, incredibly sweet, above and beyond stylish, and oh so fun to talk to! Not to mention her fabric, including her newest collection Dessert Party and tons of new Remix prints, which are definitely to die for! (And there's one more It's Sew Emma quilt--Lollipop Shop!)
Super excited for some Daisy Cottage by Lori Holt for Riley Blake Designs! So many cute prints and projects!!
Are ya'll ready for Christmas yet!? Well this collection is for next Christmas if you can think that far ahead! This is Santa's Workshop by Doodlebug Designs for Riley Blake! Too cute! Loving the little elf!
And look how cute Fox Trails by Doohikey Designs looks! We're majorly smitten with this new Riley Blake collection, which is available now!
So now that we've really got your mouth watering for more delicious fabric, we will announce the winner of the giveaway from last night's post! The suspense must be killing you, so we'll get right to it!
But first, don't forget to follow us on Twitter so that you can feel like you are literally following us through Quilt Market! And also, check back here tomorrow for even more great new stuff from other companies like Lecien, RJR, Hoffman, some more Robert Kaufman, and many, many more! There is tons to show ya'll and we can't wait to hear what you think of it!
And now...the winner of the Papillon Fat Quarter Bundle by 3 Sisters is...
"I am always stunned by the new patterns at market. everything always looks so beautiful. I can only imagine how much more beautiful it is in real life at the show. I look forward to the new fabric lines. thanks for the play by play for those of us watching from the arm chair :) Janita"
Congratulations! To claim your prize e-mail Stephanie [at] FatQuarterShop [dot] com with your full shipping information.
AND NOW FOR ANOTHER GIVEAWAY!!! Yup, that's right, another giveaway! Wow! Market must be like dying and going to heaven. All that yummy fabric, awesome quilts and fun displays. My favorites so far are the Anne Sutton and Cosmo Cricket quilts.

Have fun out there!
there are so many gorgeous fabric lines, but my new favorite is California girl, actually all by Joanna, fig tree. I think I'd go just a little crazy there at the quilt show.
I love Patty Young's "Gumdrop Garden" quilt.
The colors are stunning!
Thanks for the giveaway.
I'm loving basicgray's Hello, Luscious fabric! So pretty!
andersonclanatmacdotcom
So far Moda's Reunion and California Girl are what I am most looking forward to.
All wonderful! Hello Luscious catches my fancy!

Well. . . Hello, Luscious! that's my favorite! Love the colors and the name - what fun!
I love all the fabric! My fabric would have to be Dr. Seuss!

I love that little elf . . . too cute! And I always love Anne Kelle designs. Thanks for the chance!
Love the colorway of Salt Air - new and fresh!
Loved Amy Butler's Hubby's booth and his new fabric line Curious Nature! I need some of that! Thanks for giving us a little tour of everything you're seeing at the show! Have a great time!
I'm loving the Hello Luscious collection by basicGrey's, those colors are amazing! Thanks for the giveaway and market tour, I can't wait for the next post!
The thing I've seen coming out of Market so far that is most exciting to me has been of Echo. The prints are modern, the colors are beautiful, and they look like they'd blend well with tons of other fabrics. :)

Love to win the giveaway!
For doldrums of winter, I think Lush and Twirl will brighten the season...preparing for spring and summer! Beautiful. And thank you for all the pix...careful not to drool on the keyboard! ;-) Carol in Troy, Idaho.
My favorite thing that I've seen so far in your photos of Quilt Market are the smiling faces of all the designers. They look like they are enjoying themselves.
I can't wait to get my hands on the Dear Stella goods!
I love the Salt Air fabrics and that quilt pattern is too cute!
I love the "Hello Luschious" fabric line by Basic Grey. They never seem to disappoint with their fabrics. And wouldn't it be fun to see it used in Cluck Cluck Sew's quilt pattern shown?! Thanks for sharing such a fun sneak preview of what's to come!!
Love Hello Luscious & Twirl :D
Fun stuff! My favs are: Lori Holt, Anne Sutton, Sweetwater, Dear Stella. I love Debbie's Gumdrop Garden quilt, so cute.
Zig-zag quilts seem to be very popular. I love seeing all the different versions in the latest fabrics. My favorite so far uses Quilt Blocks.
There are several but Salt Air is really catching my eye! Thank you for sharing all these wonderful pictures.
Loving what I see at that Dear Stella booth. Thanks for sharing your adventure with us at home!
So many beautiful pictures - I've looked at them several times already but can finally choose my favorite. Merry, Merry Snowmen is my choice - I love the whimsical snowmen and the colors, too!
I just love the new line by Cosmo Cricket! And I have to tell you that I REALLY appreciate your posts of all of the new fabrics, patterns and gorgeous booths that are there! I can't wait to log onto your blog each morning to see what you have to share with us. It makes not being there ALMOST okay!!
Thanks for sharing with us and making us all feel like we are at market...love it! I would have to say that Amy Butler's husbands line looks amazing, soft and strong. I am looking forward to see that in person.
Oh my, loved all the photos - thank you so much for them - almost (well not quite) as good as being there!
My favorite booth is Anne Sutton's of Bunny Hill! I love the snowman quilt! And the fabrics she uses! Ooh la la!
Everything looks so beautiful!! I love Daisy Cottage :)
SERIOUSLY, y'all are way too generous! I love the It's Sew Emma quilt in the Dr Seuss prints, and I'm also a big fan of that string quilt that's hanging up in the background of the picture of the Fat Quarterly girls.
Well, Ty, of course! I liked his last collection and am looking forward to this next one. Thanks for all the great updates!
Thank you for all of the great pictures - especially Ty. I would so love to meet him in person. ;) My favorite of what you have shown us is Lori Holt - Daisy Cottage. I am so in love with that color combination. I can only dream of buying a fat quarter bundle of anything, so thank you for the chance to win the beautiful fabric.
Anne Sutton's pink owls of course! But, Amy Butler's husband may be on to something.....aaahhhh , to sew garments again where all this fabric addiction began. Thanks a million for all the pictures... looks like fun!
Lori's Daisy Cottage and Sweetwater's Reunion
Basic grey and cosmo cricket have definitely attracted my attention! Oh..and Reunion too! Thanks for all the fab fabric pics!
Curious Nature by David Butler is my favourite so far! So good to have a really strong line for man-quilts.
Though it is a close run thing between that and Daisy Cottage and Twirl All delicious in their own way.
It was a little strange and I almost felt like a spy having the opportunity to see all the glamour and glitz of the the market through your camera lens. Thank-you for the privelege your amazing previews gave us of witnessing firsthand the designs and colours that may influence the direction our quilts take. I particularly enjoyed the new flavours of a vintage style trip to the beach in Salt Air by Cosmo Cricket.
As usual, so many great new fabrics, it is hard to pick just one. OK, you force me to say my favorite so far is Lori Holt's Daisy Cottage.
From your pictures I am loving that Salt Air quilt too!
Wow, I love everything..but I am a huge owl fan and I just gotta have Hoos My Baby by Anne Sutton of Bunnyhill.
I don't think I can choose. I love so many! But curious nature looks very cute. I'm excited to see that line more up close and personal. Thank you so much for sharing!
Well I did not win Papillon even though my town's name also translates to Butterfly. And I am a California girl. So will I be a two for two loser?
Merry Merry Snowmen by Bunny Hill Designs is so adorable.
Amanda T
I'm digging Curious Nature and Lori Holt's new line. Thanks for the reports!
I love the Anne Kelle designs, as well as the Lori Holt fabrics. Not to mention the Fig Tree and Co. California Girl! You guys are so lucky to be there! :)
I love the Twirl line! The colours are so bright and cheerful - and the pattern used is really cute too.
I am really loving Ty Pennington's new line. I can see it being used a lot in my new sewing room. Dacia
I really liked quilt block. It was so simple and colorful. Everyone is so talented though! And the butlers are adorable! :)
So many beautiful fabrics, it's hard to choose! I think I have to say that Santa's Workshop is my favorite though!
I think I'm adoring Hello Luscious!
Looks like so much fun. I'm loving the colors in Daisy Cottage.
I just love, love seeing the pics from the show! Neat to see the pic with cute Ty! I really like the Merry, Merry Snowmen by Bunny Hill. Also neat quilt from Cosmo Cricket. I could go on and on...so many wonderful designs!
I like everything that I've seen so far. If I have to choose, I'll say Twirl by Me and My Sister. I love their designs. They are always so bright and cheerful! Thanks for the giveaway. This Fig Tree fabric is gorgeous!
OH MY....so hard to pick just one. Loving them all, but Cluck Cluck Sew just SPOKE loudest to me. Thanks for taking us all along for the Market visit. SEW much fun!!!
Through your pics on twitter, I got a sense of really "being there" and it was highly exciting to see all the lovely new ideas and colours. A chord struck for me in particular, was in recognising the need for contemporary masculine fabrics and patterns and I thought the Parson's Grey was terrific.
grace(at)amnet(dot)net(au)
"....favorite thing...." as in SINGULAR? One thing? That's so hard! I would like one of everything! If I absolutely have to narrow it down it would be Twirl by Me and My Sister - that is just so absolutely positively CUTE!
I think Quilt Blocks by Ellen Luckett Baker is my favorite so far. I love the retro feel and the color. Thanks!
I'm loving everything parson grey. Sure I might not make a quilt out if it, but it's definitely got me thinking apparel wise.
I just love the Reunion fabrics and some of Curious Nature look great, too.
I love that you share your comments and photos with the designers at market. If only, someday to attend! I cannot wait for the new collection of Dear Stella. Thanks for the opportunity to win "California Girls" these colors look soft, warm and just want to be in a quilt immediately!

I love the colors and prints of Hello Luscious. Can't wait to see more of it
Wow what beautiful fabrics. I'm afraid I would spend a fortune at the Quilt Show if I were there. I like them all but Doodlebug caught my eye with their holiday print. I also favor Dr. Seuss.
i'm really liking the Parson Gray fabric line! I saw the Lush by Patty Young lotus quilt in someone's photo roll and was really impressed with it!
Love Twirl! So happy and bright - just right for those gray Oregon winters! (And my California Girl daughter would love something made out of that bundle...)

they're all exciting; the booths are loaded with great fabrics and showoffs. i do like Quilt Blocks by Ellen Luckett Baker. a new quilt, bold lines, marvelous quilting.
WOW...So much eye candy it's hard to choose. Merry Merry Snowman and California Girls get my vote. Also loving the trip through Quilt Market with you.
It is so hard to pick just one! Bunny HIll is always gorgeous and I am always drawn to the Fig Tree prints. Thanks for the chance to win!
I'm a big Anne Kelle fan - can't wait to see some new fabric of hers.
It's always hard to pick a favorite, so I'm going to say I love Parson Gray's Curious Nature because I'm always looking for something more masculine for the guys and I love California Girl because I just see my beautiful daughter in those fabrics.
Although everything in your photos looks wonderful, I must admit that I'm excited about the more masculine prints - curious Nature by "Parson Gray". Having two adult sons, I often find it difficult to find suitable fabrics for a "man's quilt".
Oh, I'm so torn. But I'm still loving Papillon from yesterday!! Hello Luscious is a close second. Thanks for these wonderful updates. :)
My favorite of the day is "Daisy Cottage" but...oh, my...that "Parson Gray" is pretty intriguing to say the least so I'm very anxious to see what's up with that!
I love Merry Snowmen but I love all of Anne's patterns.
Thanks for the giveaway and the great market coverage!! I really like Bunny Hill Designs new BOM!!
Oh my goodness! You really expect us to pick a favorite from all of those yummy options?! Impossible! And I know you haven't even scraped the surface. I'm overwhelmed. LOL. I can't imagine what it would be like to really BE there. I think that Salt Air would be perfect for the next quilt I want to make, but that Californai Girl is next!
It's really hard to choose, but I really love the vintagy feel of Lori Holt's Daisy Cottage. I also love the Cluck Cluck Sew pattern in Salt Air. So many beautiful things!!!

No way can I pick just one but I could start with that Merry Merry Snowman :-) Thanks for a chance to win an awesome giveaway!
Oh, so much to be excited about! Probably Twirl is top of my list to make curtains nad jazz up my daughter's room amd the Parson Grey lines are calling my name...

I so love the color everywhere. It's hard to pick a favorite. I am very interested in the use of fabrics for apparel and I'm looking forward to seeing more of Parson Gray. Lot's of good ideas!
The creative talent just amazes me. Although hard to pick just one, my all time favorite is Anne Sutton and love the snowman quilt!! So warm and snuggly cute. Followed by David Butler's Curious Nature. I can think of quite a few men to sew for using this line.
I'm really liking David Butler's new line. Great give away, I hope I win.

I love Salt Air by Cosmo Cricket!
I'm impressed with the new line of Parson Gray. It's always so hard to find masculine fabrics. I appreciate your blog posting. It provides an opportunity to see the new trends.
I really love the new fabric line by Amy Butler, but everything is beautiful!
I so appreciate the tour of market aisles minus the aching feet that usually goes with it. My favorite? Well it has to be more Dr Seuss with It's So Emma but California Girl and Moda's Salt Air are right behind the funny characters. Many good lines coming.

I am SO excited for Parson Gray! The men in the family have been asking for quilts lately but I have such a hard time finding enough masculine prints for a good quilt without making it totally monochromatic and boring. These look wonderful and I can't wait to get my hands on them!
The colors, the fabrics , the quilts, the patterns and more ,love them all. I, also, love the photos of the designers and their booths. Thank you for the pictures. cori

I've really been struck by the pictures I've seen of David Butler's new fabric. The colors are masculine, but the prints really appeal to me. I'm also in love with both of Anne Sutton's new quilts - especially the snowmen! How much fun you must be having at quilt market!
Excited about seeing - the Cluck, Cluck, Salt Air by Cosmo Cricket for Moda - OMGosh - I just want to run my hands of the rich colors and dream of sewing it up. Please enter me in the drawing - I would love to sew with the prize fabric toooooooo! Thank you for such a great look at Quilt Market!

My favorite so far, is from Me & My Sister Designs, called Twirl. Just love their fabrics., But the truth is it is difficult because there are just so many that I've seen so far that I'd love to have.
maggie
i'm loving Parson Gray's line. Yes, he's a handsome man, but i've been looking for some "manly" prints to use to make my husband a quilt!
well Im a scrapper so I love the cosmo cricket but the Sweetwater looks amazing too
My favorite so far that you have show, is the Dr Seuss Quilt. I love Dr Seuss. Thanks, kathy
I'm still impressed by Mr. Butler's new/first fabrics, but Anne Kelle is a close second ;o) Thanks for reporting - although a fair is always interesting and exiting, I know that it is very exhausting as well. Thanks for taking the time to share your impressions and photos!
Well you have certainly showed us so much beautiful stuff today. Being there in person might just be too overwhelming for me. I am always a real fan of the Sweetwater team so I relly enjoyed seeing that photo.
can I say Ty? I want to take him home? no? I guess it's either Dear Stellas booth (I have not heard of her before, love the colors!) or that Amy Buttlers hubby is as creative as she is, his line looks great, worth investigating too!
I love the Cloud9 Ed Emberly fabrics, especially the lions!
They are all wonderful, but my favorite is BunnyHill's new fabric line. I love the soft colors she uses.
