The Fat Quarter Shop and Joanna Figueroa of Fig Tree Quilts have teamed up to present you with a Fat Quarter Shop Exclusive! Joanna has specially selected 12 prints from her Butterscotch & Roses collection along with 3 coordinating Bella Solids for this special bundle you will only find at the Fat Quarter Shop.
Q: What inspired you to pick the colors and designs in your Designer Select Fat Quarter Bundle?
A: I started off by trying to choose a good combination of prints for the bundle that would allow you to have enough variety to complete an interesting quilt or home decorating project. Once I felt like I had a good group to work with, then I just sought out all of my favorites! I had to try hard not to make the whole grouping caramels and chocolate browns! I also love the idea of adding in the Bella Solids as I think they really “punch” up the other colors in this collection.
Q: What are 3 words you would choose to describe this collection, not including any of the fabric designs!
A:
1. Rich & Elegant
2. A Harvest Table
3. Wine Country in the Fall
*2 Truths and a Lie*
1. I am dying to have a chicken coop in my backyard.
2. I speak three languages, one of them being French.
3. I only own one sewing machine, an old Bernina.
One of the 3 statements is false. Comment on this post telling me which statement you think is false. Answer correctly and you have a chance to win Fig Tree Quilts’ Designer Select Fat Quarter Bundle!
You have exactly one week from the post date.
Good Luck!

«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 306 of 306 Newer› Newest»I think #3 has to be the lie! Thanks for the giveaway!
#3 has got to be the lie - doesn't everyone want a chicken coop? (I do!) Gosh I love that gorgeous fabric! Thanks for the chance to win.
sunshdws@yahoo.com
I say it's number 2. Thanks for the give away!
I am guessing #1 is a lie. Thank you for the fun giveaway! I love the fabrics she chose:)
#3?
I'm going to say that #1 is a lie. Thanks for the chance to win some of Joanna's beautiful fabric.
What a lovely combination of fabrics!
I would guess #3 because it is so hard to believe she would have just one sewing machine.
I'm going to guess #2. Thanks for having the giveaway!!
My guess is #2 as the lie. I love the blue in this line.
I think #2 is the fib.
Thanks for the giveaway!!
Beautiful fabric. I think #2 is not true...just guessing, though.
If it turns out that #1 is true, feel free to contact me with any chicken-related questions. We love our girls and have learned a lot about tending to hens--save you some trial and error. :)
I guess #2. Hope I'm right.
I think that number 1 is false!
Thanks for the giveaway.
I'm going to guess #2 is false.
I'll guess #2 is false. :)
I believe #2 is the lie. Je ne parle pas francais (I had to look that up :) )
Beautiful fabrics again. I guessing that number 3 is a lie.
Carol L
Beautiful fabrics again. I guessing that number 3 is a lie.
Carol L
I think number 3 is false. Love, love, love Butterscotch & Roses!
I think #2 is false
I think it must be #2....love the new fabric!!!
I'm going to say that #2 is a lie. I LOVE this assortment of fabric. So beautiful!
I am guessing that #3 is a lie.
She has to have more than one machine! I guess #3 is the lie. Love the savory fabrics in this collection. Thank you!
I think #2 is false :)
Love this line!
I think number 1 is false.
I'm going with #3 as the lie. I love Fig Tree fabrics and this bundle is to die for.
You have a sewing blog but you expect us to believe you only have 1 sewing machine? Maybe I just don't know you but I think #3 is a lie.
I'm tempted to put my own 2 truths and a lie up jsut for fun.
#3 I think. I believe she has more than one machine; if not, let's all go have a talk with her husband! :)
Love, love, love the Butterscotch & Roses fabric line. I believe #3 is the false statement.
Gorgeous fabric! I'll take a guess that #3 is incorrect.
I'm going with number 2 as the fib. Love, Love, LOVE Fig Tree! Thanks for a chance to win - laurie
llsbaskets@comcast.net
It's against my better judgment, but I'll say 2. Thanks for the opportunity!
This is a gorgeous bundle. I'm gonna guess that number two is the lie! Who DOESN'T want a chicken coop! ha!
Love the fabric bundle!
I think #3 is false...
I'll just take a wild guess and say that #2 is wrong. I'd actually love the chicken coop and I've had my trusty sewing machine for a long, long time! Be blessed...
I'll go with #2 as the lie. Even if she knows French, no guarantee she knows three total. :) This is a fun blog.
I am guessing that #3 is the lie. Thanks for the chance to win!
I'm guessing #3 - too crazy to include otherwise! Love the Fig Tree fabrics :)
Hoping I'm not duplicating...
but my guess is number 2. Thanks for the chance!
My guess is that #2 is the lie! Beautiful fabrics!
I say that #3 is false. I know that Joanna wants a chicken coop:) Thank you for the give a way!
I think it would be #1- I don't think you would want a chicken coop-
You really seem to like France- so you might speak french
and I only have 1 sewing machine so that is possible.
Chickens can be so cute (and fresh eggs...) so I think that one is true and you must have more than one machine; that leaves #2 as false. You have amazing talent and I appreciate the chance to win.
Logic tells me that number 3 is false. Only one sewing machine? Me, yes. Joanna? Not likely!
Oh those fabrics are so pretty and I think #2 is false. I know she speaks Spanish but French?
I'm going to guess #2
She just LOOKS like she could speak french, so I will guess that number 3 is false!
I will go with #1.
My guess is #2 is false.
I think #2 is false. I also would love to have some chickens. My Mom had one when she was a little girl.
I think #3 is false. I love the new line and the bundle! Fig Tree fabrics began and continue to fuel my fabric addiction...
Rich and Elegant describes these beautiful fabrics.
Thanks.

Thanks.

Wow - this is tough! I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that #2 is false (boy, it's sure hard to type with my fingers crossed!)
It's so hard to choose because they all seem so plausible, but I think I'm going to go with #2...
# 3 is false. love you Joanna!
thank you for a chance to win some of her beautiful fabric.
Janita
I think number 3 is false. The best name for the collection (for me) is: A Harvest Table. Love the colors and patterns.
I think speaking French would be something that Joanna would like to be able to do, since she enjoys Paris so very much.. but I think unfortunately the second statement is false. Thank-you!
I guess #2 is false!
i think number 3 is the lie.
#3 wild guess
Ummm I think #3 is the lie. Even though I only own one machine. Thanks for the giveaway.
missmoozie(at)gmail(dot)com
My guess is #2 she probably does not speak 3 languages... Love the new line!
I'm going with #1 about the chicken coup. Thanks for the give away.
I'll guess number 3 is the lie.
I'll guess #2 is the lie.
I think #1 is a lie.
i BELIEVE IT IS NUMBER 1 I AM DYING TO HAVE A CHICKEN COOP IN MY BACKYARD
Tough choice. I think #2 is the lie. Thanks for the chance to win!
I think #2 is false.
I think # 1 is false. Love this give a way.
I love to follow Fig Tree and absolutely love her fabrics. I am guessing that #3 is the lie.
What a fabulous giveaway. I'm going to guess #1 is false. I don't think Joanna would have time to look after those chickens, she is so busy designing those beautiful fabrics.
Your answers and your reasoning is MAKING ME LAUGH OUTLOUD! I LOVE IT!!
Keep guessing,
Joanna
Fig Tree
Number one is false.
The Ruby Tossed Buds fabric is beautiful
I think number 2 if false. Love Fig Tree fabrics. Thanks for the giveaway.
I'm guessing #2, no reason, just a guess.
I think # 2 is a lie, or false.
Why does this contest always seem tough? :-) I will go with #1, not sure she is a chicken coop kind of gal.
Pretty sure it is #2 - she doesn't speak French!
I find it very hard to believe that Joanna only owns one sewing machine! Love the colors in the bundle. Thanks for the chance to win.
I love this bundle! I will guess number 2. Thanks!
Caryn
I think number 2 is a false statement. Thanks for having this terrific giveaway. This is a beautiful line of fabric!
I am going to guess 2 is the lie. Joannna is soooo talented and inspiring, love all her creations and this line is no exception. I totally see a rich and elegant harvest table in a fall setting in Wine Country, as Joanna describes it.
Thank you for the chance to win some of this beautiful line :0)
My guess goes for #1. I love your new fabric collection, I can't wait to do some projects with it. Thanks for the fun!
I've go no idea, but I'll go with #3 - even lil ole me has 2 machines
The lie is number 2. Thanks for featuring Joanna and her new fabric line.
Humm, I guess #3 is the lie. LOVE all of Joanna's fabrics, they are always so fresh and sweet.
I love figtree quilts! I'm going to go with #3 as the lie.
#2 is a lie.... I'm guessing you only know 2 languages? I'm sewing up little mini projects for gifts w/ Butterscotch and Roses right now.... I'm in LOVE. That light blue is just the perfect punch of "fresh".... Love love love it!
I guess #3 is false...
Love the fabrics!
I have to choose #3. I think most of us own more than one sewing machine for fear of needing a back up when one needs to be repaired.
i am going to say number 1
Not my gut instinct, but I'm going with #3.
I'm going to say she does not wanr a chicken coop in her backyard. I don't think of her as a "country type " person.
I'm going to guess that number 2 is a lie.
I think #2 is the lie. Thanks for the chance to win.
#3 is my guess..would love to win.
thanks.....
Umm.. going to guess #2 is a lie.
Thanks for a chance to win this gorgeous fabric!!
usairdoll(at)gmail(dot)com
I don't think whe wants a chicken coop, that's the lie. She's not that "country"!
My guess is #3, although I could very well be wrong! This new line is just beautiful.
Kathy McDonald
I will guess that #2 is a lie. Love the fabrics
Love the red in the collection!! I believe #3 is false.
I think the false statement is #2. At least I hope so. Good luck everyone!
