Q:
To what or whom would you dedicate this collection, or what inspired this collection?
A:
My inspiration on The Morris Apprentice is the work of John Henry Dearle, who ran the Morris & Company design firm for decades but has until recently gotten very little credit. He was a design guru and contributed greatly to the world of textile design during his time at Morris & Company.
Q:
What is your favorite project using this collection?
A:
It's always the one I am working at the moment! My sewing group is helping with a project alternating stars and nine patches, that is my current favorite.

What would be your collection’s theme song?
A:
Since it's a William Morris collection it would have to be a medieval dancing tune---a Morris Dance I guess.
Q:
If you could live in a movie, what movie would it be?
A:
Midnight in Paris by Wood Allen. It is all about Time Travel!
Q:
What do you get nostalgic over?
A:
Everything, but mainly old chintz by the yard, about 1835.
Q:
What is your favorite TV show of all time?
A:
I never get tired of Seinfeld reruns.
Q:
If you could be a modern day fictional character, who would you be?
A:
Mr. Darcy; He's rich and he has Lizzie.
Q:
What’s the strangest compliment you’ve ever received?
A:
I try to forget the strange ones.
