I would choose Nottinghill Poppy by Joel Dewberry - Lots of great fabrics to choose from so it was hard to pick just one choice. It would need a bit of background fabric( neutral) to support all the color.

I would use Mod Century by Jenn Ski for Moda Fabrics using the Cream Tweed Texture from that range as the background, the Turquoise Tweed texture for the border and the Tangerine Tweed Texture for hte binding. This is one striking fabric range I can't get enough of atm.
