Patchwork Life on the Moda Bake Shop!

We are proud to introduce another Moda Bake Shop chef! Sarah Price, one of the talented It's Sew Emma designers, whipped up the beautiful Patchwork Life quilt and you can find the recipe over on Moda Bake Shop. Sarah is here to tell us a bit about the fabric, pattern and design!

I really enjoyed working with Kansas Troubles latest collection, Pheasant Hill. I wanted to design a quilt that took advantage of the light and dark prints in the collection. The fabrics are very versatile and contain such a gorgeous mix of colors. It was a dream to design with!

This quilt is charm pack friendly, and who doesn’t love half square triangles and four patches! I like how you can arrange them in different ways to create a new look. I also loved the large floral border stripe, a perfect border to finish off the quilt.

Head over to Moda Bake Shop to see a step-by-step recipe. And if you fall in love with the Pheasant Hill version of Patchwork Life, go grab a kit and make this gorgeous quilt for yourself!
