Classic & Vintage featuring Sister's Choice

Are you ready for a new FREE pattern series? Introducing the Classic & Vintage series! We are recreating classic quilt blocks in fresh fabrics, and showing you how to put them together every step of the way. We are starting off with the Sister's Choice Quilt, which features the classic Sister's Choice Quilt Block and has stood the test of quilting time.

Download the FREE Sister's Choice Quilt Pattern, which comes in four sizes, and choose some fresh fabrics for your quilt. Our signature version uses solids from Scrumptious by Bonnie & Camille for Moda Fabrics. If you like this simple solid quilt, pick up a Sister's Choice Quilt Kit and make one along with us!

To help you through the piecing process, Kimberly filmed a video showing you how to piece the Sister's Choice Quilt Block. The video goes step-by-step and really shows off this classic block. Watch the video and tell us what you think!

We love the Scrumptious solids version of Sister's Choice, but the quilt looks just as lovely in prints. Melissa Corry of Happy Quilting made the solid version AND a print version, just to show you how great it looks! She used Sweet Things by Holly Holderman for LakeHouse Dry Goods, showing off the block with bright dots and stripes.

Download the FREE Sister's Choice Quilt Pattern, watch the video tutorial, and try your own version of this classic quilt. Leave us a comment and let us know what you think!

Beautiful block. I especially love the pinks and greens. I guess I need to step out of my box and do something with solids. : )
