Great Granny Squared: Last Chance to Pre-Order!

We are getting closer and closer to the release of Lori Holt's new book, Great Granny Squared. Are you excited? We can hardly wait to share these cute, vintage projects with you. We filmed a little video to give you an inside look. Watch this Great Granny Squared trailer to hear about the book from the Queen Bee herself!

Great Granny Squared is a work of Bee in my Bonnet art. You will be amazed at all of the vintage-inspired eye candy in this book! From Lori’s simplified Great Granny block, you will get to make a bevy of projects with different looks. Looking through the book, it’s hard to believe they are basically the same block! Plus, she has kept the scrappy happy flame going strong. 33 Fat Quarters will make the main Great Grany quilt, the Bonus Quilt AND one of the novelty quilt labels, to achieve a nice variety of colors while still being economical. (And all our pocketbooks said, “Hallelujah!”)

Lori's projects in the book feature her new Vintage Happy collection from Riley Blake Designs. But when you take a stab at the Great Granny projects, don’t forget to be adventurous! Play with fabric color, print and scale. The Great Granny book is ideal to take all of your crazy color ideas and just go wild.

Like what you see? Pre-order the Great Granny Squared book at 20% off retail price and you will receive a BONUS embroidery pattern, the Stitchy Fun Sampler. But you will have to hurry! The book will be here any day now, and once it is here the offer disappears.

We can't wait for this book to arrive. We know you will love these vintage-inspired projects just as much as we do. Pre-order your copy of Great Granny Squared before it's too late!

I honestly can't wait to receive my pre-ordered copy!! This is one of the first quilt patterns I came across on Lori's Blog, but have not attempted yet.
Thank you to all who 'teamed' up again to make this book happen!

I also preordered a book, and was wondering if she has a pattern for her round crocheted granny square. She showed several round ones in different colors in her short video about the book.
