Fat Eighth Frenzy: Free Quilt Pattern with Fat Quarter Shop

We're back with another Shortcut Quilt on the Jolly Jabber, and this time we're introducing our Fat Eighth Frenzy patternIf you're not familiar with Fat Eighths, they are half the size of a fat quarter and a natural choice after Fat Quarter Fizz. This pattern takes a few Fat Eighths to make. Kimberly chose to create her quilt from the Heart's Content collection by Laundry Basket Quilts.

Ready to start your Fat Eighth Frenzy quilt? Pick up your favorite Fat Eighth bundle this week during our 20% OFF Fat Eighth Bundle SALE, download our FREE pattern and watch our video tutorial for a step-by-step guide (P.S. don't forget to save your scraps and scroll down to see why!). We also created a Fat Eighth Frenzy quilt kit (available soon) to get you started on this fun project as well.

We also created our quilts in different fabric collections that we know you'll love!
Fat Eighth Frenzy in the Castlewood collection
Fat Eighth Frenzy in the Horizon collection
Fat Eighth Frenzy in the Community collection
Remember when we told you to save your scraps? Surprise! We've got a bonus project created from our leftover triangles from our Fat Eighth Frenzy quilt. Watch Kimberly's video as she show you her simple project.

This is another great quilt pattern and I'm sure it will become just as popular as your other free patterns have been. Thank you for helping us all find great ways to use those precuts.

Curious, why not also sew a half inch from diagonal line when making the strips on the first quilt? Thus your "scrap"triangles will be sewn together and ready for trimming with one handling.
