Fall Quilt Market 2012: Schoolhouse

Day one has come and gone, and it has been a blast. We went back to Schoolhouse at Fall Quilt Market! Schoolhouse was packed full of great speakers, adorable projects and tons of information. We wish you could have been there with us, but we have tons of photos to share! So pack your backpack, pull out your notebook and go back to school with our Schoolhouse recap!

The Fat Quarter Shop team ready to head to Schoolhouse!

As usual, the end of Schoolhouse can only mean one thing – Sample Spree! The lines, the crowd, the madness all make Sample Spree so exciting! We love getting our hands on new bundles and love bringing them back to give away to you all weekend. This year at Sample Spree we made out with some great giveaway prizes like BasicGrey's PB&J, Primitive Gatherings' Snowman Gatherings, Zen Chic's Comma, 3 Sisters' Lario and Fig Tree Quilts' Avalon. You won't want to miss these!

The craziness of Sample Spree! Such a large crowd at the Moda table!

And of course we had to spend some time socializing! We ended our night at the Hard Rock Cafe with the Westminister Fibers gang!

Some of the Fat Quarter Shop gang with Ty Pennington!

Tonight we are giving away two bundles from our Sample Spree loot. Want a chance to win a bundle of Avalon by Fig Tree Quilts or a bundle of Lario by 3 Sisters?

Comment on this post letting us know whose booth you want to see photos of for a chance to win! Two winners will be chosen and announced on Wednesday 10/31/12. Check back tomorrow and follow us on Twitter for Market updates, giveaways and more!
