Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks Vol. 11 Blog Tour

Hi everyone! Welcome back to the Jolly Jabber! We are thrilled to be a part of Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks Vol. 11 Edition

Ready to see our blocks? Let's start with Kimberly's "My Favorite Colors" block. This block was inspired by her four adorable kids and each of their favorite crayon colors and the Best Day Ever collection.

This is Nova's first ever Quiltmaker block and she was so excited to share her creation with everyone. Her "A Kite's Tale" block was inspired by her father's love of kites. She used the Miss Kate collection by Bonnie & Camille to create her kite strips and used different stitches from her sewing machine to create the kite tail.

Codi wanted to create something that was modern with a touch of the southwest for her first Quiltmaker block. She named her block, "Stellar"(after Nova) and used the Cotton + Steel Basics in Night Owl. Don't these Xs look like stars?

Last but definitely not least, is Jocelyn's "Night Blooming" Block in the Pedal Pushers collection. This block is a combination of her favorite classic blocks, the log cabin and the eight-point star.

Don't forget to visit the Quiltmaker website for giveaways and more blocks from other designers as well. Happy quilting!
