Debbie's Recipe Box: Chicken and Rice Casserole

This is an easy basic that should be in every recipe box!

  1. Looks yummy!! One question....is it 1 1/2 cups of uncooked or cooked rice.

  2. Good question, Nicole ... it doesn't look like there is enough liquid to cook UNcooked rice ~ does anyone have the answer?? This appears to be a tasty and easy recipe that my family would like ....
