Debbie's Recipe Box: Inga's Zucchini Bread

We got a request from a reader Peggy L. for a zucchini bread recipe! If you've never tried it, you are in for a surprise. Debbie has a friend (Inga obviously) who graciously provided a great recipe for it. Here's what she says about it:

"It's a recipe that I got from my mother in maybe 1985 and I've made it ever since. A family favorite. It was originally a food processor recipe but I've converted it to mixer because I think more people will use it that way. Happy Day!"
