Gemma Quilt Kit

Hi everyone, it's Kimberly here! I’m back to share about my newest magazine feature, Gemma, in the October/November issue of The Quilter!

No surprise, I used fabrics I adore by Robyn Pandolph to re-create this reproduction quilt. The fabrics are from her Notting Hill collection, and they had these fabulous teals and dusty reds.

I re-created a lone star quilt, but with a pinwheel star center. Plus, no diagonal piecing here – I turned to basic half-square triangles and flying geese to mimic the look.

I hope you enjoy Gemma, and let me know what you think!

  1. I think it's beautiful. The red's and blue's go so well in the quilt pattern, the stars make it. Nice.
