Fall Quilt Market 2016: Sunday

Quilt Market 2016 is wrapping up today in Houston, TX, and we have had the best time here! We've fallen in love with some new fabric collections and we know that they will be brought to life beautifully in some fun new projects! We have been so inspired this weekend and we can't wait to show you what we have up our sleeves!
 
 

We got to see this awesome tutorial by Moda designer Carrie. We are so looking forward to these Cake Mix Recipes!
This Hashtag collection at the Riley Blake held so many cute pieces! Including that top right bumble bee by Lori Holt of Bee In My Bonnet!
We stumbled upon these cute little critters in Tula Pink's booth! The prints are so stunning and playful!
Michael Miller's stunning colors and whimsical prints make for the most unique quilts that are so soft!
The Jubilee collection at Cotton + Steel was inspired by vintage prints and makeup packaging.
American Jane by Carrie shows traditional colors in fun, alternative prints.
Melted crayons was such a huge trend we saw on Etsy in the past few years, and this quilt at the Riley Blake booth brought that to life on a large scale!

A preview of Cotton + Steel's first block of the month: Quicker by the Dozen by Lynette Jensen.
Tim Holtz's Eclectic Elements booth brings paper prints to life.
Edyta Sitar of Laundry Basket Quilts at her book signing of her new book, Quilter's Patch.
This 3-D inspired rope print showcased at Henry Glass.
We LOVE this new collection by Cloud 9, Stay Gold by Aneela Host.
Kimberly showcasing FQS' block at the Aurifil booth!
Love these needles at the United Notion's booth!
Sugar Pie is a huge favorite around FQS! Love these floral mix-and-match events.

If you followed our Instagram feed you probably fell in love with a few things yourself! We have to apologize - we shared so many wonderful things with you on Saturday that our Instagram account needed a little break on Sunday! :) We will be sure to post all of our Sunday finds throughout the week!   7. I have ordered Edyta Sitar`s lovely book from one of my favourite shops.I have enjoyed making up Edyta`s quilts in the past and have some of her lovely books at the ready on my book shelf.I also love Bunny Hill`s Sugar Plum Christmas fabrics. Also their lovely quilts. Happy Stitching.
