Project Linus + Receiving Blankets

Since 1995, Project Linus has provided over 6,335,454 blankets to children in need. These hand-made blankets provide a sense of security and comfort to children who are seriously ill and in need of some warm wishes.

  2. I was not able to find the tutorial for this blanket. I found one for a 2 x 2 receiving blanket but would like to make some like the one in the photo. Any help?

  4. Ha ha, I like the extra OCD step! I think many quilters must have mild OCD! I have a bunch of double gauze I've been collecting. Would that work for this receiving blanket? Do you think knit fabric would work?
