ReplyDeleteI think I would mix this up with the checkered pieces being black and white with a bright pink background. Here's my choices Debonaire fabric

Moda Marbles Bubble gum pink 9904 ... 1.75 yards for the background
And .50 yards for binding.
Shades of black black tickles dot yardage 22195-32 ... 3.25 for backing
Honestly, I don't think it gets much better than what it is done in, Happy Go Lucky. But since I am feeling summery, it could be fun in Coastal Mini Series.

Bouquet is the fabric collection that would like to use, and hope to locate the same blues and navy that Alyssa Scavetta shows in the Thimble Blossoms photo. I love that blue and navy contrast.
