Notion Talk With Edyta Sitar of Laundry Basket Quilts

  1. Such a fun video! I was surprised to see that I use almost every tool that was in Edyta's basket! I prefer to use cotton batting myself, and haven't tried the papers she uses yet.

  2. Can't wait to try that cotton wool batting! In my basket, since I use use 505 spray in my quilt sandwich, I keep alcohol swabs. When the needle gets a little gummy, I just take the swab and wipe it on the needle and I'm ready to continue machine quilting. It's also handy to wipe the needle while doing machine embroidery.
