2015 Moda Sampler Block Shuffle Finishing Pattern


Happy Friday everyone! It's time for our Moda Sampler Block Shuffle! This week we are completing our quilts with the borders and finishing pattern.

 Kimberly created her own setting for her quilt, which you can see below.

 
 
 
If you would like to make her version, sashing, corner stones, and inner borders are 1.5" finished and Outer borders are 1.5" x 4" finished.

    I'm confused about this wording: Outer borders are 1.5" x 4" finished. (in relation to Kim's setting)
    Can anyone explain this to me?

    Anthea, I suspect the wording is intended to be '1.5" and 4" finished'; in other words, a 1.5" inner border and a 4" outer border.

    I would love to see Sarah's finished Sampler Block Shuffle quilt. I chose the same fabric as she did and have enjoyed following along with her completed blocks.
