Welcome to the Fat Quarter Style Book Tour Week One Round Up! Each blogger has sewn one of the blocks in the book with their own fabric choice. From modern to traditional and everything in between, you'll get to see a fresh perspective on our Fat Quarter Style quilts. Today, we have Paula of The Sassy Quilter, Kelly of My Quilt Infatuation, and Karin of Leigh Laurel Studios on our blog. Let's take a look at their quilty creations!
Our next blogger is Kelly of My Quilt Infatuation. She created our Tapestry quilt block. We love that Kelly paired this block with the Chic Flora collection for Art Gallery Fabrics. She plans to add another border to her quilt block and turn it into a preemie donation quilt. How sweet is that?
Our third Fat Quarter Style blogger is Karin of Leigh Laurel Studios! We gave Karin the Emblem block, which was designed by Kimberly as her interpretation of the Nordic Star. Karin has always wanted to create a red and white quilt, so she thought that Emblem would be perfect for that. She used red and white fabrics from her stash as well as the Peppermint Garden Pindot for Michael Miller Fabrics and Kona Solid in Cardinal to create her block. Don't you think it's so chic?
We would like to thank all of our bloggers for participating in our Fat Quarter Style book tour! Don't forget to visit their blogs for a chance to win your own copy of Fat Quarter Style. Here is the upcoming schedule for our next round of bloggers.
